its a prank call they keep calling them hang up

no on e on the line, rings and its done, computer call maybe, but annoying anyway.

Not a prank call, they are phishing for information - 1. Does it go to message? (A "good" cell number" and if so, what is the person's name? (o cross reference). Take information and sell it, or use it for criminal activity.

Rang twice, and when I answered, they hung up

rang once, then stopped.  No message
