called my cell rang 2 times then  hung up

called on cell rang twice then hung up.  left no message.

called - hung up

Its a rewards scam its a recording when you call back

I received a call and I did  not answer. They left no message. I used to have my full name on the recorded message which I have now just placed a small part of my first name only. If they are phishing for information they can get your full name and then sell that info so it is best not to have any extra info on there.
