Who called from 4409720100

This number called me at 2:43 pm on August 23.  Caller ID said "Qualit Data".  I was out of town for several days so I am not sure if they left a message or not (my machine is old and does not indicate which message came from which number)

Whoah -- weird -- exactly one year later I'm reporting again on this number.  This time a live (as opposed to recorded, not dead!) woman's voice said she was calling for <my name> regarding a brief health care survey.  I am pretty sure I know what doctor's office it is for.

I recently visited UCLA hospital and they called up me for a health survey.

Hi ok getting those 440 calls with no message also, and I too have recently been to UCLA....WONDERING if that's the connection for all of us?
