I got a call from this guy name tery Anderson from litigation services who said I got a loan like 8 years ago n if I didn't try n settle this now that he was gonna send the papers to the court house I told him I didn't have anything but I never received anything the mail n I jus got my number changed as well so how he got my number amazes' me but I'm tryna figure out if this is a scam or not
My 83 year old mother just got a call from this guy saying I had closed a checking account w Bank of America 6 years ago owning them 1290. He then told her if I didn't pay he there would be a warrant for my arrest!!!
My poor mother is so upset, she was literally shaking and crying!!!!
Why hasn't this guy been caught?????
