This appears to be either a joke or a scam. I receive several messages a day from this number. When I call back, I reach a voice mail, congratulating me, informing me that I am today's lucky winner. The number is from Gwynn Oak, Maryland. WHO IS THIS CALLER? I WOULD LIKE THEM TO STOP CALLING ME.
