Caller provides name of Ashley saying she is process server to serve legal documents on that day between certain hours. Advised to call number back if any questions
Received a phone call from "Liz who stated that she is a process server and she has my case. She gave me the case number and a phone number to call back (443-205-1429) as I was at work.
I had to call back 4 times due to horrible reception but talked with a lady (I use that term loosely)named Meghan. She tried to explain to me in detail that this was about a Payday Loan from nationalpaydayloan.com. I explained I don't remember taking out a payday loan with them, I have used payday loans before but all have been paid back. We went back and forth with information, and I repeatedly asked for the documentation to be sent to me, as she told me none have never been sent to my house. She wouldn't let me talk and she called me a B$/=#. So she said, "since I know everything, they will send the documents and take me to court". So I called Pierce County where I live and it doesn't seem to be a civil or criminal suit against me, so I am thinking this is a scam.
I've worked with. Credit attorney for over 2 years to clean up identity theft and NEVER have o seen this debt.
They are SCAMMERS!
