Received more calls from this lady today - all contacts she named were not in the IT Department. TSL is a marketing firm. I've requested them to stop calling.
Something to do with IBM computers. First she had the wrong contact name, guy she asked for wasn't in IT. She called back, wanted a contact name. Wouldn't tell me with what company - caller ID read, TSL, Danielle was all she'd give up. Wretched woman.

Ask for someone that has never worked here. Then ask to speak to someone in Public Relations. Told her we did not have a PR department and then seem to get angry and hang up.
