Some home food service company.

You were a referral from someone who just started their service. They stock your freezer (or supply you with a freezer).

The fact that they were referred gives them the right to call although I think that is a fuzzy part of the TCPA.

This call came from Passanante's Home Food Service. I signed up for additional information from them at the World of Pets Expo this past weekend held at the Maryland State Fairgrounds in Timonium MD.

Have received multiple unsolicited calls from this number. They have also called from one of our local numbers. I am on the "do not call" registry and do not appreciate their calls. They call at random hours, late at night and early morning!
