A Sam Ross or Ralph called from this number saying that I owe for a loan in 2010. I told him I have no knowledge of a loan and that he had the wrong number and I hung up the phone. He then had some one else call me saying that they were going to serve me with papers at my job and or house. I asked for the company he worked for and the city he worked out of, I let him know that I was going to report him because the phone call sounded like fraud. He hung up! If this person calls you he is FRAUD!! try to get his information and report him.
