I was at work on Friday the 8th, with my cell on vibrate and saw that this number had called me 8 times within a 40 minute timespan. I returned the call and all I got was beeps like that of an old answering machine beeping twice every 6 seconds or so. How aggravating!

This is a FAX from Bravo Health Care Prescription Drug Plan under Medicare Part D. You can call them at 800-291-0396 or turn your printer on for Fax receipt. It more than likely involves RX coverage and if you are taking any meds do find out what's going on.
This phone number: 443-743-1400 will not go away. In the past 10 minutes, I have had 8 "fax" phone calls. I am calling bravo health to tell them to cut it out!!
