SCAM ALERT! It's the usual Obama Care scam. It doesn't matter if you press '1' since the computer system is programmed to keep calling over and over since it is designed to perform mass dialing. If you hang up the return calls accelerate & multiply. I usually take the time to dial '1' and wait for one of the live lowlifes to answer. Their announcement after you press '1' is that you estimated wait time is two minutes. At the end of two minutes, you are asked to leave a message.
Additionally, some are persistent in that they are using a wide database of leased VOIP numbers & IP spoofing which masks their true identity. I imagine that they are also using the Federal Trade Commission's(FTC) DO NOT CALL Registry that we all signed up for as their cold call list to make calls. They do this because they know that the federal government is a lazy bunch of do-nothings that won't enforce jack. The whole thing is a joke.
