The way I deal with all telemarketing calls is to answer the phone then when they ask for me or my wife I tell them "just a moment", but down the phone and wait until I hear the phone loudly tell me they finally hung up. Some will wait on the line for over a minute. The worst thing you can do to telemarketers is to waste their time, because their time is their money. That's what I did when this number called.
