After thinking about this problem and getting three more calls from this number, I think that the number and the caller ID are stolen. There are two companies with that name on the internet and from their websites I would say that neither one of them would be making cold calls. The number apparently is the number from Oregon and belongs to a utility company so the number was just stolen. Do not pick up and if you have call block, just block the number. I know about stolen phone numbers being used for spoof calls, our home phone number was stolen and one Sunday we started getting irate phone calls from people in our state saying that we had stolen their credit card information.
They just called and didn't leave a message. After reading these reports I decided to call them back. When I did it went straight into an automated recording about removing your number from their list. I followed the prompts about verifying the number that had called me and the number that I wanted removed. After that it stated my number would be removed within 72 hours. Wish all of these calls could be so easy to take care of. Thank You all for having this reporting site. I would not have called them back if I hadn't had the info from this website.
