I don't answer.  Caller I'd says OR.  Message never left.

Caller has made repeated calls and never leaves a message and no one answers  if I pick up.

Don't answer but call them back. After the message press 1 to be placed on their do not call lst.

I followed Kevin's advice and it worked:
