Yikes, I've gotten 5 calls in two days from this number. I took the advice from others on this site and did not answer then called back and followed the instructions to be taken off their list, whoever they are.
If you were called by an illegal telemarketer, or foreign criminal, what makes you think they would honor a do not call list? (1) Do not answer numbers you do not know (2) Do not call back numbers you do not know (Look them up first) (3) If you MUST take the call, hang up right away if it's someone you do not want to talk to. Consider investing in a call blocking app for a cell phone, blocking device for a landline.
