Who called from 4582011674

The AARP is aware of the scam, of which they have no connection to. All the medic alert for seniors scammers want is our credit card numbers, so they can rip us off. Ignore them!

Got a call from this number with a message including AARP, that my doctor had approved a medical alert system ready to ship. I pressed 1 to get more info and spoke to 'Mark'. Tried asking whether they were affiliated with AARP and he said no. Asked which doctor, said he didn't know. Asked to speak to a supervisor, and after a pause, said the supervisor was not allowed to talk to me! Asked for a website, said they didn't have one. All I could find out was that they are in the New York area. He did offer to put me on their do not call list. I am not holding my breath ...

Did not answer.

My father receives many scam calls on his landline.  This number 1-458-201-1674 comes up ALERT on the caller ID.  It is a scammer.

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.
