This robocall arrived today, marked OR, and with my Sentry call blocker (available multiple sources cheap), I didn't even hear the phone ring. When it "displayed," I just held down the blacklist button until display reads "dONE" (yes, it's dONE). I think that the reason "seniors" are getting these crap calls is because unbeknownst to us, some merchant, whoever it may be, who we trusted, has sold our info to an unscrupulous listkeeper, and so, if they know our approximate age, they can target us with their garbage. Isn't it suspicious that when we buy something online, we always get this ugly little red asterisk that indicates "required," and we can't proceed until we give them some phone number? They have no legitimate need for this information. The state and federal do not call lists are useless relics, and neither Dems or Gops are going to do anything to assist average guys. (Maybe the NSA could become useful for a change?) Then they give you this additional excrement that while they may protect your data, third parties with whom they share might "have their own privacy policies," which you are invited to consult. Who has time for that s***?
We got a call from this number today at 2:48 pm. The caller ID was ST. We have gotten calls with the same ID from 650-277-2613 and 253-245-2531, so I blocked the caller ID (name), and this call was also blocked. Blocking a name is possible with a Digitone Plus Call Blocker, which I highly recommend. I am not affiliated in any way with Digitone. I just think it is the best call blocker available.

And that's the key. SOME phone number. If the scammers spoof numbers, and no one will regulate VOIP, then send these vendors somewhere...interesting...and let them sell THAT number.
Send them to some horrible place like the NSA.
