I answered on the third ring. No response. The elections are over. It's Feb. 2015 now. Why would they even bother calling if they aren't going to speak when you answer?
I got yet another call just an hour or two after the first one. I didn't realize that my online AT&T account lets me block up to 20 numbers at a time. Perhaps other phone service providers have the same feature. Just Google "block incoming calls for [service provider] and see what you find. I've added this "469" number to my blocked call list. Am prepared to do the same with other numbers. You can update the list of blocked callers whenever you like, with a maximum of 20 (again, this is at least the case with AT&T). I keep getting called from this number at all hours it just says Plano, TX on the ID but never leaves a message. I believe it is probably political because all the different calls coming saying different towns and states. TIRED
This number from the Institute for Voter Attitude and Public Policies calls 4 - 5 times per day. I have answered on several occasions and told them I was on the do not call list. The number of calls per day has become harrassement.
