Keep getting calls on our business line for one of our employees. Yesterday, one of their agents called 15 times asking for the employee until I finally cornered him and demanded to know why he was calling. I asked for our number to be removed from their calling list.
Got another call today from "Melanie" asking for the same employee saying it was a "personal matter". I instructed her to remove our number. If they call again, I will request an address and name of a supervisor and report them to the BBB.
