Called my office and said that their name was Officer John Scott (Despite thick middle eastern accent) and that they were with the IRS. They provided a fake badge number and told me that my boss was having criminal charges placed against her. When my boss called back Mr. Scott told her she was "too nice to scam and to disregard."

Leaves messages approximately 10 times a month stating that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me. Note - if IRS is filing any type of lawsuit against a person, they have to contact you in writing. I know as I used to work for the IRS. Do not call back - it is a SCAM.
I also received a message to call 469-250-5861 that the IRS is filing a lawsuit but I ignore it because I also receive this kind of message last year. How can I block this caller, do u know?
Call blocker might be of some help. Also don't pick up on numbers you do not recognize, or where there are caller IDs that seem odd. Or where there is no caller ID. There’s no way to stop the calls from being initiated.
