I blocked them after the above call, and yet they still call. Apparently their system does not respond to the official Beep beep beep, "This number is disconnected..." message.
I get a call from this number almost daily always the same Lady voice alternates with a robot voice, and says "I am trying to reach <robot voice says a name>, it is very important that I reach <robot voice says the name again>". I have called the number back and get another robot voice that eventually tell me that the voice mail box for ER Solutions is full. Did a quick web search and it is a collections agency.
They have been calling our office at least once a week since the beginning of last month. If they get voice mail, they won't leave a message, or they hang up before they successfully navigate our IVR. Caller ID only lists the number.
this is some kind of debt department, if you listen to it you can remove your number. It will give you that option to do so. You just have to actually answer the call to do so cause it's not going to leave a message for you. This number called my job and I NEVER give out my work number but I removed the number from the list.
