This number called my husbands phone. automated calling trying to sell something. Hate this calls. We are on Do Not Call List. Apparently it's no good. Why apply to it if it doesn't work? And when you tell them about the Do Not Call List. They say it's dials all numbers in sequence and they don't have anything to do with it. I say it's the humans behind all the calls that is the big error!

No message left. Doubt they will call back Incidentally, your car's warranty is handled by the dealer. So if the caller doesn't identify him/herself as with Ford, KIA, etc then there'd be no reason to continue to talk to said caller.
Also, word to the wise...if you are asked a Yes/No question, Always say NO. (e.g. "is this David?", "Are you the homeowner?")
I'm tired of all the calls on both my cell and home phone. Every one I get I file a complaint with the state Attorney General with the online form they have. I keep a pdf copy for my records. When I get 20 total (at 14 now) I will meet with the AG and find out why they are not enforcing the law. Since I expect to get some lame excuse from the AG I"ll call a couple of legislators I know and a couple of reporters I know. My intent and hope is to shame the AG into doing his job. Not only is it irritating for the consumer, the state is losing a lot of revenue in fines that could be put to good use. Hopefully everyone will do something similar until we get rid of most of these BS artists.
What a sad sad use of your life. If you had any intelligence you would realize that the reason they DON'T get fined and they are not 'enforcing the law' is because #1 they have a LOT of better things to be concerned about, and #2 THEY CAN'T!!! These people are in different countries, using spoofed numbers, use your brain. Eventually there will be a system for avoiding all this. For example if you have a cell phone you can get apps that block spam calls. If you don't have a cell phone either get one or stop complaining.
