As soon as I can find a good smartphone, I am DUMPING my landline! A new number every day, now this one! I never get calls on my little free cheap cell phone, at that number. I'm fed up with this stuff. My life is stressful as is, and this kind of harassment is totally over several lines!
Believe it or not, that's not necessary. But what is is you being able to completely miss unknown calls. The more you're answering, being manual or automatic, the more you're going to get. Your number is passed around so your phone will continue ringing. If these pests are calling but getting NO answer at all, what was once a reliable number for an answer suddenly becomes a waste of time for them to mess with. It takes a lot of time, patience, and being able to tolerate your phone ringing. You'll eventually notice a drop in junk calls.
