Got a call from this number. Initially didn't answer, but decided to call back. Guy said his name was Ray and was with some police organization. He was asking for donations. I received a similar phone call one week ago from a whole other city. Because of that, I questioned him as to where they were located. He gave me an address in Katy and then very rudely said "May I continue?". I told him I wasn't interested then hung up.
