called and wanted to lower my credit card rates- told them didn't have any and remove my name

Really irritating calls from these people all through the day.

SCUMBAG SCAMMERS, SHOULD BE JAILED FOR 100 YEARS, WITHOUT A PHONE

I often call back these numbers after I block them in order to get them to start calling back. I have collected quite a few number this way, this must be a new one.

By the way if you give your number to insurancecompare.com then this is why this is happening.

Didn't recognize number, so I didn't answer.  Thanks for your comments, I added this to my phone, saved as 'SPAM' so I'll know if it rings again.
