Husband got call and message from 469-287-8733 demanding payment over phone regarding unpaid IRS bills, then threatened to have him arrested. When he asked for someone who spoke English he was put on hold and called the police. I called the number back and the scum who answered had a strong accent. I told him that the authorities have been notified. He promptly hung up.
