Received a computer call stating " this is Dennis Gray, the US Treasury needs you to call 469-297-2483. This is your second notice and if you don't call back, you will be subject to be called into a grand jury"
This number is used by scammers pretending to be the IRS, telling you that you owe taxes and are in danger of a Federal Criminal Offense, and that you should wire them money. Beware. Just hang up.
These guys have been hitting our town hot and heavy today. We're fielding a lot of calls from older folks who have been getting calls from this 'Dennis Gray' person. Please spread the word, especially to the elderly, not to fall for these guys. We can't trace their numbers, we can't bring charges up on them and if you do fall for it, sorry to say you're money is gone. Just Hang Up.
