They claim to be selling health insurance. They won't email/mail any information. They say they have to collect further medical info. from you via the phone so they can give you an accurate quote. Sorry...I didn't get a clear name from them, but it is Precision ????. I can't find any info. on them online. I hope this helps! If anyone knows more about this # please share.
