Literally called my elderly parents home and THREATENED to bring document papers to their house! This company had to dig really deep into some old files because I haven't lived in my parent's house in over 30 years! The nastiest people work for this firm. I really plan to file some type of complaint for sure. This is ridiculous to harass the elderly.
According to "whitepages.com", this call is coming from a landline in Dallas, TX. If you call back to the number, no one will answer. Some rude, stupid female called from this number claiming I was going to be served with "legal documents" and that she was calling from "the civil division". First of all, she referred to me by a last name I haven't even USED in over 15 years! Then, when I demanded to know what this was about, she claimed she didn't have time for any games. I said neither did I and hung up on her!! I am reporting this to my phone company and to the police.
I just got this same call asking if i was debra i said no then asked if i knew her i said yes so she left the message with me. i haven't had this number long so I'm wondering where they got it ,i applied for a loan last week so i guess that's where, the lady name is jordan she says she have civil papers to serve me tomorrow and asked her from where but no name was given.
