I received a phone call from a Mrs. Jackson on 04/14/16 requesting I call her back concerning a legal complaint against me. When I called back no one answered. So few mins I got the call from Mrs. Jackson stating I have a legal complaint about to be filed if I don't pay $2500 before April 29. I bought this vehicle about 8 to 10 years ago. The engine blew up so I told the lot to take it back. Well I moved to New Mexico thinking it was settled. Until I had PIs following me to make sure I didn't take the car. So back to the phone call she directed me to one of their legal advisors. I requested the claim to be mailed to me which they refused to do so saying they already sent one through the mail a month ago. I never received such mail. So she kept pressing the issue that I have to pay $2500 from this going to court. So I suggested a payment plan at first she didn't want to but later agreed. Then when I started questioning their business I was threatened with wages garish and jail time. Help plz
I'm not sure why that person would make up the story, but I am sure Lying is spelled with a "Y" and not an "IE", so that clearly supports her claim that this is a scam call. That is pretty basic English spelling that any legit person would know.
I received a call and they left a voicemail with threats for me or my attorney call back today or else. Also that they attached "legal documents" to my social security number. Left the same callback number, stated their name as Ms.____(couldn't make it out) & gave a reference # but never stated the company they are calling from.
