No debt collector can "attach" documents to your SS number.  Just another debt collection scam.   If they have a valid debt against you, demand a debt validation letter be sent to you by US mail.  E-mail no good.  They don't do this, then simply ignore and block the calls.

Web site lists a PO Box for an address in Texas:  http://www.zencocollects.com/contact-us/
BBB gives them an F rating with 61 complaints, 1 negative review, and a failure to respond to the BBB over a pattern to the complaints:  http://www.bbb.org/dallas/business-reviews/de ... son-tx-90624508
I can find no state registration for Zenco which means that they cannot legally conduct business anywhere.  They are also not listed with the State of Texas as a debt collector which means they can’t legally collect in that state.
The address that comes up on the map on their web page also comes back to Consumer Asset Management, Inc. which is registered in Texas, but not registered as a debt collector.

Looks like they were sued already:

It is incumbent upon them under the law to prove that the debt exists and that you owe it, and that they have the legal right to collect it.  You are not obligated under the law to prove that you don’t owe or that it is paid.

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) postmarked within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

Read up on your rights here and also make a complaint at this government site:  http://www.consumerfinance.gov/

Also file a complaint with your State Attorney General's office.
