My son answered the phone, he threatened to sue when my son asked him what his name was. He refused to identify himself. He called back the next day and left a message on my answering machine threatening to serve me papers at my place of employment (should be interesting as it is one of those city-owned places that law enforcement routinely drop off people to be held for a period of time.).
He identified himself on the answering machine as Ralph Davis and gave 469-333-7931 as the number to contact him. However, the number he was calling from was 469-248-7006. The first number comes back to Contract Resolve Group, LLC of Dallas, TX, and the other number comes back to Legal Investigations Group of Texas.
When he called the first time, the number came back to a completely different collection agency that resides in Colorado.
I have received several calls from this # asking for someone with the same last name.... but not anyone I know. The guy is a jerk on the phone... and if he calls back again I think I'm going to contact the police.
Ralph Davis. Never identifies what company he is with, only starts spouting lies and threats. He pretends he has power and authority, claiming he can pull state licenses and permits (he has no clue what he's talking about and its actually comical to hear him try to sound "authentic") and claims he is filing suit against our company, yet refused to give anything in writing.
I actually made a payment to the company he claims to represent and they accepted my payment, after being threatened and yelled at by him that they would only accept payment of 1/3 the balance (another lie).
