Yes I am also having problems with a debt collector named Ralph Davis. He is calling my friends, neighbors, costumers, and employees. He called a friend of mine and asked if I paid my bills and if I was good at my job. He called one of my customers and asked if she had paid me, When she said yes he said well you are paying her but she isn't paying me. He called an employee and asked if I paid her. When she answered yes of course he said ,y checks will probably start bouncing. Then he started asking personal questions about me and when she refused to tell him he started cussing her. Then when I told him to contact me through email only now he said I am not your GD pin pal. He has been cussing me. He left a voicemail saying if I can afford to not go to work then I can afford to pay his client. He threatened to go on my buisness facebook profile and call all the people on there saying I don't pay my bills. When I called the number back I asked for Rick seeing the earlier comments and I knew it was the same man and he said this is him. He stated that I had a contract with his client saying I would pay the fees but when he sent me a copy the signature was obviously not mine. I have not taken further action as of now but I am going to if it continues.
