This number rang on my phone three times when I answer there is message about garnishing wages fro something, When hold the line it hangs up. I believe it is a fraud!

They call all the time..first of all can not garnish wages in Texas and #2 they do not tell you why the are calling againist the Ftc ..

I have BEEN Getting the SAME calls! I finally called back a recording said this number cannot accept incoming calls! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!
