This number rang on my phone three times when I answer there is message about garnishing wages fro something, When hold the line it hangs up. I believe it is a fraud!
I have been receiving a call for several days now from this number saying going to garnish my wages. I Google the name total joint recovery and it was a different number for them. I am not sure but I think this is a scam. I did not give them any information on myself.
A debt collector cannot garnish wages ... Only Child Support and the IRS..these people are crazy and if they state that they are going to garnish wages ..get thier name and number you can turn them in to the Fair Credit
I google yesterday about how many times a debt collect can call..i email this attorney and they call me ..he put me on hold and call the number the name. Was Joint Recovery that all they would tell him..he said it was a scam .
