972-428-5200 - is Certified Payment Processing - They continue to call and hang up several times a day. This number will be reported to the police as well!!! I tried to call them back to tell them to stop calling but i can't get ahold of an operator.
I just revieved a call from 4693413352, its a collector. I dont even have a credit card with Wells Fargo or even a loan and dont owe anybody any money. I want them to stop calling!!
Called and asked for a supposed worker. Toldher they do not work here. Proceeded to ask if I know all my workers. Yes I do. She was rude and said that I answered very quickly. Told her do not call here again.
Collection Agency. They call home & work. I [foolishly] answered the 1st time and admitted to them that I was the person in question (Ignorant, I know... but I have relatives in Dallas and thought that maybe it was one of them!). After fishing, I found out that Nordstrom sold to them a debt I owed from over 5 years ago! Got into a "verbal altercation" with the rep. I dont have thick skin, so I eventually hung up. That was 3 months ago. Theyve been calling 1-2x per week since then. Ive programmed my work and home phones to automatically Do Not Ring. I would if I could, but I cant so I wont.
I keep getting calls from this number asking for someone I never even heard of... then they go on to ask WHY SHE would give them my number! Im like how would I know...I dont even KNOW this person.
Don't mess around with them. Just sue them if you don't want to talk to attorney in your area, check out online. I have used debthelpers foune them online. They worked good for me. You can only be called once at work if you tell them you cannot recieve calls there. Just make sure you document everything all calls, and messages. You should be able to get at least $1000.00 for yourself at no cost to you. A good attorney take the cases for free. They get there money from settlement from collector. In fact in one case in California someone got over $300,000.00 since it was proved it caused mental problems.
