I keep getting phone calls from this company as well. Not only to my home phone, but my cell phone as well. Whomever it is- really wants my attention. Best way to do that with unknown phone numbers ( i refuse to answer any call no matter how many times they call me, unless I KNOW for sure who it is ), is to contact me via mail. Maybe they should invest in spending a half dollar and send out an actual letter as to what they want instead of wasting everyone's time by calling?
This number is not from telemarketers or spammer. Yes it is First Community Bank, also known as 1st Convenience Bank of Texas. It was a legitmate call, and worked out well for me.
