The caller didnot identify themselves and did not identify me.Just gave this number stating that a lawsuit had been filed.We owe no one anything,so this is a scam!
Voicemail that started before recording did, the IRS will not call you, only send letters so you can arrange a plan with them. Contact your state attorney and file a complaint as always and block the calls
Transcript (complete with bad English): "Reason of this call is to inform you that we have find a lawsuit against you for man for Maisch and a call immediately our department number 469-351-5029..." Sooooooo bad and phony. Blocked.
I also received a call giving me a "heads up" for the impending litigation at 8:00 am today. After blocking the #, I must go into hiding to avoid the process server rather than return their call. Thanks for the alert. Jerks!
