Burt and associates are fools! Paul Chance and Jeff Scout calls my company talks with my employees about my financial matters then they ask my employee if they should sue me. do not do business with this company...they are under new ownership and are clueless. they only have the capability of not doing what they agree will do
I tried this strategy, but he figured out he could busy out our company phone lines (we have 2) by calling, putting that line on hold, calling the other line, putting on hold, going back to first line and redial, etc. We couldn't get incoming phone calls. You are correct though, when we started answering and then just hanging up on him he went INSANE!
