Caller ID displayed "private caller" ... when answering machine kicked in, recorded female voice started with "Hi, this is Rachael calling for Cindy Looper (?) " ...  then began the 'make more money' pitch.  
I disconnected call before message finished ... BECAUSE, I'm not 'Cindy' and there is no-one at this number  named Cindy.   Obvious scam of some sort .. even if all they want is a viable phone number to spoof or hide behind !  Beware.
