The lady on the phone tell me they are looking for my sister and her husband to sign some paperwork. My sister does not know who they are and now they are calling me as late as 11:00pm and woke up my children and myself. The name of Cistera Network shows up on my caller ID with the phone number 1-469-398-2000.
Hi I received a call from your company. I informed the caller that I am currently not working so I couldn't pay my bill right away. She said she was going to file it with the credit Bureau as refusal to pay. I did not at any point refuse to pay. She hung up on me 2 times and refused to let me speak with anyone besides herself. She is very unprofessional and I do not appreciate anyone calling my private number and treating me so rude. This makes your company look bad and I hope you fix this fast!!!
