Rang, woke me up, left no message. That's just aggravating!

it's a scam. I actually called back, and instead of 2, i pressed one. offered $150 in shopping vouchers as a "reward", but wanted me to pay $4.50 for shipping. if it's a reward, why do I have to pay for shipping if it gonna arrive in 3-5 business days? That's FREE!
