I got a voicemail from a man who sounded like he had a Filipino accent and the message said somthing like failer to contact them can result in further criminal charges because I need to call them about a court appearance.
"Ignoring this message is a federal offense" ??? Ha,ha. A bad scam! Called ID number appears, but "Name Unknown." Just put it on the "Reject" list of my answering machine.
Just got the same call from this number 45 minutes ago. I just found it on the answering machine. Hard to identify the accent, maybe Australian? Lots of reverb or echo in the background, maybe from bouncing through multiple phones.
