Same deal, threatened me with a Magistrate or Federal something or other... Could not understand all of the message, heavy accent. I am on the Do not call list, Caller ID said call came from McKinney, Tx

Same thing as the others.  This is phone fraud. Will call the phone company. This is a threatening phone call.

Got a call from a foreign man saying something about magistrate and law enforcement and to call him back!!!!

On a do not call list,  someone worth a heavy  Indian accent called making multiple legal threats including immediate arrest if I hung up. Said they were from the IRS legal department over unpaid taxes or tax error on my part for 2010. Person was extremely threatening  re:imprisonment, loss of income etc... 464-424-2189 gave a supposed badge i.d number, extension of 508 office of Gary Marshall.
