While these stories are good because they let you know that you are not alone, they won't actually change anything. I have been collecting evidence against this company for years and I am close to having enough to hopefully get the Feds to issue a permanent injunction against this company and the owners. Please forward any recordings, copies of emails or letters. There is a rumor that their collectors are using the letterhead and forging the signature of a local attorney that did some work for them in the past.
