This company won't quit harrassing me over an alleged debt. Mr Monahan and dave spencer should get a life. The calls are non stop. I thought this was bad enough, then they sent some detective out to my office taking pictures of employees and even our equipment, demanding to speak with me, and waving a badge around. This has to be illegal, I am going to get to the bottom of this and sue these bottom feeders.

I was solicited from Tucker Albin and Associates to collect on my past due accounts.  Everything sounded good from the salesman so I placed 3 accounts with them.  Tucker Albin contacted me a few weeks later and told me they collected on 2 of the 3 accounts I placed.  I was ecstatic to say the least, so I placed more accounts with them.  Well when it was time for them to send me my cut of the collections they told me that "I had worked out a deal with one of the accounts I placed for collections cutting them out of the deal and they were "offsetting" the fee."  I had not had contact with any of the accounts I placed.  Needless to say after numerous phone calls to Tucker Albin I have still not gotten paid for the accounts they have collected.  This company out right ripped me off!!!  It is now in my attorneys hands and I am awaiting the outcome.  A word to the wise STEER CLEAR OF TUCKER ALBIN AND ASSOCIATES!!!  They lie to you to get you to place accounts with them and when they collect they don't pay you.

Identify yourself and call our office. We'd be happy to resolve your issue. Posting with a generic name on this board will not resolve the case.

Extremely adversarial and rude, obviously a scam because normal companies conducting legit business don't speak that way to potential customers.

This company has a B rating with the BBB - which is good for a debt collection agency since most people who deal with them owe a debt and wouldn't be happy in the first place. They have received numerous accolades from Dallas business associations. All of the interactions that I have with the associates at this company has been nothing but professional.
