police officer do not call people regarding loans. i get the same call and i told them to send the police office i am waiting as a matter of fact i will go to them. They are idiots.
THIS IS A SCAM. THEY CALLED SAYING I HAD TAKEN OUT A LOAN AND DIDN'T PAY IT BACK AND I WAS GOING TO JAIL. THEY SAID THEY WERE WITH THE CRIME PREVENTION TEAM. THE GUY SAID HIS NAME WAS BRYAN MACCULA. HAS AN EXTREMELY STRONG ACCENT. VERY HARD TO UNDERSTAND. THEY TRY TO SCARE YOU INTO PAYING MONEY OR SEEKING LEGAL ACTION. I CALLED OUR LOCAL SHERIFF'S OFFICE AND REPORTED IT.

i dont know what a [***] is but u can tell that the same guy running the scam is the same person on here trying to convince people that it is not a scam.m use as many names as u want to it does not change the fact that people can read english and you are not speaking it correctly. cutting and pasting the parts of someone elses complaints and making them sound positive, is just horrible. i just called the sheriffs dept. in my city and they said this is an ongoing problem and they are coming to my house to file a report and listen to the messages and everything and has advised me Not to tell these people calling anything about me or anything about anything I WISH ALL THESE CRIMINALS WOULD JUST get a legal job
I just got a call today from a Justin Cooper from some company stating I owe Cashnet.com $628, which I never had....I've had loans w/ other payday loan companies, but never w/ this company....I've paid all of them off....plus anytime you get a loan, they have your routing# & bank acct#, so if you don't call to set up a paym't they will automatically take their fee out every two weeks....so I asked the guy, if I owe them money, why haven't they went into my acct to collect their money....they said they would sue me & take my social security so I wouldn't have any benefits & possibly lose my job...I don't understand where they have been able to get my social security number, phone number & e-mail address....I don't know what the heck o do....I've always paid all my payday loans off....
