Just for fun, I called back. Recorded voice said "Thanks for calling Time Warner Cable to hear about our exciting new offers. A person will call you back shortly..." It then proceeded to describe some of the exciting new offers. Definitely telemarketing.
Claims to be from TWC pushing crap upgrades to their existing crap service. Dude was an [***] hole, wouldn't take no for an answer so I practically hung up on him then blocked that number.
BTW TWC [***], I'll be calling Verizon where the upload speed beats your crappy download speed.
Repeated calls, but have not answered. My question is: Why is TWC calling from a CELL phone? Guaranteed way to ensure that we will NEVER answer the call.
