The lowest of the bottom feeding collection agencies. You can't link their phone number with a business website or contact. Real shake down types using scare tactics... stand your ground against these people. Next stop for them is probably looking for coins left in the vending machine
Libby up there gave us a hint this might be Commercial Recovery Systems / CRS & Associates in Dallas, Texas. Known lawbreakers and apparently more active recently.

Whether you are called a debtor or some collector thinks you can flush one out, you have rights and options. Many are simple to exercise if you only learn how. You are granted control of how you are contacted, the right to dispute debt claims, and the means to sue violators at low cost. The FTC and the CFPB can start you on your homework.
