I just got a call from Tony Daniel Clark with accent, he is from the law office say somthing about I have been frauding other and bring me into a court. I need to call him back if before he turn me to distict judge. The phone was very static. I turly believe this is s scam
They called for my husband and left a message. I called them back and this guy said let me tell you what's going on and I said let me tell you my attorney's name & # and he said my attorney could suck his d*** and kiss his a**. I called my attorney and he said that this is a scam and that we should not talk with them. He said any legitimate creditor would not talk like this and would take your attorney's information.
I also received a call from this number stating that I owed them money from December 2010, but I do not. When I asked if they could fax me information detailing this information, they said that they could not until I paud them $523.00! I said let call my attorney, but then the gentleman stated that I could go to jail for 2 years and a $10,000 fine if I did not talk to them right now. I hung up and contacted my attorney, who told me not to speak with them.
I GOT A PHONE CALL FROM THEM ALSO, THEY EVEN CALLED MY BEST FRIEND. WHEN WE STARTED TO QUESTION THEM THEY GOT VERY DIRTY AND DISGUSTING.I REPORTED TO THE POLICE AND TO THE STATES ATTORNEY OFFICE IN TEXAS.THIS HAPPENED TO ME ABOUT A MONTH AGO ALSO, USING A DIFFERNET NUMBER BUT SAYING TH SAME THING.I DO HAVE A PAYDAY LOAN WITH A COMPANY IN TOWN, BUT I THINK SOMEBODY MUST HAVE SOLD MY PERSONAL INFORMATION.

I got the same call and they called a close friend of mine too. Indian accent with an american name. Really?? Saying the authorities were looking for me. I told him to go get a life and that he was full of crap. he said darling , honey, dont get upset. told him i wasnt his darling or honey and to never call me again. of course, they still call but i wont answer the calls. it is a total scam!!!! my question to him should have been, if you can find me why is it that the authorities cannot? i am not hiding, i have a lease in my name, utilities, and a job. it is such bs!!
